As such, You hereby agree not to attempt to dispute, chargeback, or reverse the payment of the Fees to the Company for any reason. Notwithstanding the foregoing, You hereby acknowledge and agree that we may reverse or chargeback to Your vanityxo.com account a completed transaction if it is disputed by the buyer, third-party platforms, or financial institutions involved in the transaction, deemed to be fraudulent, deemed to violate these Terms and Conditions, or if we believe the transaction has not been completed in good faith. Our determination in this regard will be binding on You. For any transaction that results in a reversal or chargeback, we may withhold the transaction amount from Your account or withdraw the transaction amount from Your vanityxo.com. We reserve the right to delay or withhold orders made as a guest or from your vanityxo.com account, suspend your vanityxo.com account, or to increase our Fees if we deem your vanityxo.com account to have been involved in, or in the future liable to be involved in, an unreasonable or unusual number of reversals or chargebacks, or if we deem your vanityxo.com account to have been used in a way which contravenes these Terms and Conditions. Our determination in this regard will be binding on you. If we or our payment processor(s) determine your account is incurring excessive chargebacks, this may result in additional fees, penalties, and fines in addition to the Fees already payable to us and the payment processor fees payable to the payment processor. Excessive chargebacks may also include, but are not limited to, delayed payments, account restrictions, or the termination of your vanityxo.com account.

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by You, Your representatives, authorized users, purchasers, or employees, You expressly authorize us, VanityXO (the Company), to utilize all purchase history, IP addresses, communications, and other data collected in the course of Your transactions to pursue legal action against You in a court of law. Furthermore, we reserve the right to subpoena any related parties, including Your customers, in legal proceedings to provide information relevant to the dispute or claim. By using our services, You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VanityXo for any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from such disputes and acknowledge that such data may be used as evidence to protect the interests of the Company.

The Company reserves the right to unilaterally change the Fees and prices charged from time to time, and we will take reasonable steps to notify You if any such change is to take effect. If You do not agree with the new Fees or pricing scheme, You may terminate Your vanityxo.com user account and cease using the Website and the services thereunder. If You continue using the Website and/or maintain your vanityxo.com user account after the date that the new Fees or pricing takes effect, You will be deemed to have agreed to and accepted the new Fees, and such new Fees shall apply to any transactions fulfilled after such date. In addition, if You terminate Your user account after the new Fees take effect but then again create or reinstate your user account at some point thereafter, You will then be deemed to have agreed to and accepted the new Fees at such time.
